Car Park Cashier
- Maintain daily car park operations at site
- Maintain operational standard of cleanliness and professionalism as set by the company
- Perform basic troubleshooting steps for operational issues and report any issues to superior
- Handle customer and public queries and feedback
- Attend to any illegal parking within vicinity
- Perform any other duties assigned by manager or superiors
- May need to perform shift duties
Patrolling Officer
- Perform scheduled patrolling duties at car parks
- Attend to any illegal parking reported by command centre
- Issue notice for parking offence
- Handle motorists and public queries and feedback
- Report of carpark issues to superior
- May need to perform shift duties
- Perform any other duties assigned by manager or superiors
- Posses Class 3 and/or 2B is advantageous
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum secondary education
Able to communicate well with superiors, peers as well as members of public
Able to perform basic problem-solving and work independently
Must have basic computer literacy
Must be ready to perform shift duties wherever applicable
Must be ready to have rotating off day, i.e. work on Sunday and/or public holiday
Applicable to Singapore citizen, PR or work permit holders
